These terms govern the licensing, distribution, and usage of software developed by Anacoder, including:
Purchasing a commercial license from Anacoder grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide right to install, activate, and operate the software on one (1) active website / domain.
1-Click Domain Transfer: If you migrate, rebrand, or change hosting providers, you can instantly reassign your license key to a new domain directly via your Polar license management portal or by contacting developer support.
Each commercial license includes 365 days (1 Year) of continuous software access, automated background updates, newly released tools and categories, bug fixes, and priority technical support. Subscriptions automatically renew every 365 days via our merchant of record (Polar.sh).
You may cancel subscription auto-renewal at any time prior to the renewal date via the link in your purchase receipt or by emailing support@anacoder.site with zero cancellation fees. If a license expires, existing installed calculators and pages continue to render and operate normally; however, access to automatic updates, new tool releases, and priority support will pause until renewed.
For tools leveraging external AI language models (Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI), users supply their own developer API credentials. These keys are stored encrypted and locally within your WordPress installation (wp_options) or client configuration. Anacoder never transmits, proxies, collects, or intercepts your API keys or user prompt data.
Active license holders receive priority email support with a guaranteed 24-hour response window at support@anacoder.site. We guarantee continuous compatibility with the latest versions of WordPress (WordPress 6.4 – 7.1+), PHP 7.4 through 8.3+, and all evergreen web browsers.
