Hot N Spicy is looking for an energetic, experienced, and target-driven Export & Sales Manager to join our growing team.

Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Commerce, or a relevant field
Experience: 5–7+ years in Sales, Business Development, Export, FMCG, Food & Beverage, or a related industry
Salary Range: 100,000 – 130,000
Immediate Joining will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute domestic and international sales strategies.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
• Identify and develop new B2B, corporate, wholesale, and institutional customers.
• Identify international buyers, importers, distributors, wholesalers, and business partners.
• Develop new export markets and establish long-term international business relationships.
• Manage key accounts and ensure high customer retention.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, commercial offers, and export documentation.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, contracts, and business agreements.
• Conduct market research and monitor competitors, pricing, and market trends.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
• Lead and monitor the sales team to achieve assigned targets.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Quality departments for smooth order execution.
• Monitor sales performance, collections, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales, export, and business development reports.
Required Skills & Competencies:
• Strong sales and business development experience.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of B2B and corporate sales.
• Good understanding of export procedures and international trade.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Target-oriented and result-driven personality.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required.
⭐ Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in Food & Beverage, FMCG, Restaurant Chains, Frozen/Packaged Food, Food Distribution, Corporate Catering, or International Food Export will be preferred.
